Jay and Patti Moore are originally from the Pacific Northwest. They made Douglas Wyoming their home in 2007. Jay grew up in the repair and service business learning from his father and older brother at a very young age. He worked for a concrete company and a mine in Washington state before moving to Wyoming and becoming a top mechanic at Cloud Peak Energy. Being in business for himself has been an interest to him for many years. Patti Moore has many years experience in an office atmosphere. Working for a electrical distribution and transmission power-line construction company in Oregon is where she gained most of her knowledge. 

Moore’s Heavy Equipment started with one truck and a service call on a cold Wyoming night. With hard work and dedication the Moore family is building their business from the ground up and not looking back. The Moore's are always happy to see returning customers and look forward to the days ahead of meeting new one's.
